What kind of family Christmas tree will you select this year? It doesn't be important if you select an actual tree or an aluminum Christmastree. The important part is the way you spend time together with your family and friends this Holiday year. Celebrating Christmas is in the center of my family's traditions, and I expect it is among yours as well. However regardless of the way you celebrate, take a little extra time this season to enjoy this extraordinary season together with your kin.

One of the most important perks to having an artificial tree is that you can buy one that will last for more that just a couple of years. Top quality models can be purchased for a hundred dollars or so, but some of the custom made or limited offer models can cost a thousand dollars or even more.

But this kind of tree does have a few disadvantages. First of all, you don't get the classic pine smell of a real tree. Second of all, your tree could start to look dated. I remember the tree that my family had growing up. It looked great then, but now it would look awkwardly old.

And if you love the pine tree smell in your house during the holiday season, just get a candle. You can find them for a couple of bucks during the holidays.

The most important thing about having a real Christmas tree just has to be the smell. The smell is what makes Christmas, at least it does for me any way. Yes candles are enough for a lot of people, but they just don't get it in my opinion. Artificial trees just don't have the feeling of Christmas that I need.

But don't forget about the bad points of having a real tree. Here is a simple fact that you should remember. Every real tree will drop needles all over the place. There is nothing that you can do about it. - 39969
