These coping techniques do not help with full blown anxiety attacks they only help if you start the techniques when you feel an attack starting. These methods are a way for you to cope with your attacks it is not a way to get rid of them. When you first feel the attack starting you should start thinking of something relaxing and take deep breaths while relaxing your muscles.

It may also be a good idea to see a therapist and try to determine what causes the anxiety attacks. If you can determine what causes them you may be able to beat them.
